What do Lyme/Mold symptoms look like?

Hello reader, one of the reasons that Lyme disease or mold illness is difficult to diagnose is that there are a myriad of symptoms which come and go and are seemingly unrelated to each other. Many of the symptoms belong to other ailments as well and each individual has their own special concoction of misery making the clues difficult to piece together. Here are some of the symptoms which I currently am dealing with or have in the past. Please feel free to post your own symptoms in the comment section below!

Brain fog

Weakness in shoulders, arms and hands

Poor circulation in hands

Weakness in legs

Sometimes difficulty walking, feeling like my lower body is disconnected from my upper body

Food sensitivities

Chronic fatigue and lethargy, exhaustion

 Tightness

Headaches

Water retention, bloating

Neck, back and shoulder pain

Neck stiffness

Sensitivity to fluorescent lights resulting in fatigue and impaired vision

Sensitivity to electro-magnetic fields like computers which result in brain fog

Sensitivity to bright lights which impair vision and fire off stress response; I can feel the insides of my body twitching.

Sensitivity to chemical smells and mold resulting in brain fog.

Violent spasms in upper body due to stress, physical exertion, chemical exposure

Electrolyte depletion resulting in muscle cramps or in bad cases desire to urinate, total incapacitation, exhaustion, brain fog like I’m suddenly on a horrible drug.

Overreactive nervous system

Get very cold, sleep with 7 or more blankets in the winter including down!

Lightheaded

Horrific parasite infection, you don’t want to even know.

Throat infections

Entire upper body will lock up

Sensitivity to any bodily stressors like humidity or heat, allergens in air

Allergies

Blood sugar issues

Vision problems

Raynaud’s Syndrome

Mood changes, I’m an overall cheerful person, but I can tell when my symptoms flare because I’ll become uncharacteristically down.

Digestive problems

Over stimulated stress response

Weight gain

Anxiety

Lack of desire

Thyroid and adrenal problems

Hair analysis also shows deficiency in most vitamin/mineral ratios
